Tilley Distribution Unveils Comprehensive Rebrand to Announce Its Global Reach

BALTIMORE, Maryland – Tilley Distribution, a US-based distribution company supporting clients in several industries and a portfolio company of SK Group, unveiled a new logo and rebranded digital assets this week to reflect the organization’s growing capabilities.
The rebranding effort culminates a year of exceptional growth for the group and the culmination of three key acquisitions completed since 2021.
In the past 13 months, legacy brands Tilley Company, Phoenix Aromas, Callahan Chemical and Ingredients Solutions, Inc. combined to create Tilley Distribution. The merger is designed to provide advantageous scale and shared resources to serve clients in regulated markets, including food and beverage, flavor and fragrance and CASE (coatings, adhesives, sealants, and elastomers). The aggregate organization offers customers expanded access to industry-leading suppliers as well as a robust portfolio of ingredients and services.
In addition to an expanded products and services list, Tilley Distribution now offers global supply chain support and warehousing worldwide, including North America, Brazil, Europe, the UK and Asia.
These exciting changes have positioned Tilley Distribution as a full-service solutions provider, and the recent rebrand is designed to communicate those changes as more than simply M&A expansion.
